A: The calling service is pre-paid.  You may purchase any number of hours of calling that you would like.  Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card.

A: The daily call reporting includes your account balance.  You can choose to have this information provided to you daily, weekly or monthly.  You may email at any time with account balance inquiries.

A: Calls can stop whenever you desire.  Simply call or email to discuss your needs.
A: Sorry, they are not.  However, they are transferable and they don't expire.
